Cleanroom M-2 Wipes of SSPERFWIPE M-2 is a 100 percent cotton cellulosicses filament fabrics nonwovens.

As the Cleanroom M-2 Wipes only contains cotton cellulosics this is an extremely absorbency wipes. 

High soft, low linting and heat resistance these lint free M-2 wipes are design for cleaning high temperatures processess equipments, diffusion furnaces and sensitives electronics equipments in cleanroom environments. 

Its low tribocharging so they will not produce significant static charge or damage components with ESD

This Cleanroom M-2 Wipes are using extensively in the compact disk and magnetic tape industries.

The Cleanroom M-2 Wipes of SSPERFWIPE M-2  is quarter folded into  4" x 4" which are size to fitted the hands and promoted proper wipping protocols.

Features:

 Ultra-Low Fiber Release: Very low fiber release compared to polyester knit and staple-fiber rayon/polyester nonwoven wipes.

Anti-Static: Low tribocharging so they will not produce significant static charge or damage components with ESD.

High Absorption: Each fiber absorbs liquid and swells. Coupled with its special structure, its property allows absorption of liquid 13 times its weight.

High Purity: Readily observable reduction in impurities transfer.

Chemical Resistance: Strong chemical resistance for both IPA and Acetone.

Heat Resistance: Carbonized at a temperature between 260 and 300 degree . Unlike synthetic fibers, it does not dissolve at 150 degree .

Biodegradability Ecoefficiency: 100 percent cotton filament cellulosics which is ecologically safe and free from environmental contaminants.
